2. Do you prefer being behind the desk or you prefer talking to the people?
This is really one of the questions which depend on the personality involved. But believe me that you will be able to answer correctly if you say that you love talking to the people. In fact this is the right answer since you cannot be the manager of you always like to be behind the desk. The recruiter can then only think that you lack the leadership qualities and you suffer from the stage fear.
3. What makes you a leader?
I really feel that as a manager you will be required to be a leader. But the question arises that how can your prove that you are a perfect leader. You can explain that you have good communication skills and you are simple and hence all the people obey you. In this way you will be able to prove that you are a perfect leader.
4. What is your biggest regret?
This is one of the question for which you cannot really be comfortable with it. Most of the people gets carried away and just recite their story. Believe me that this is not really correct. You will definitely be the looser if you will go negative.
