The account representative is a person who just likes the accounting clerks has to manage the whole accounts. He is responsible for handling all kind of bills specially invoices and makes sure that all of then is correct and in good shape. If there is something wrong then you will have to consult to the top management and get it corrected before you finally store it in some register.
Below are some of the interview questions which can be asked from you during the interview. The questions are as follows:
1. How do you know about us?
In some interviews this is the first questions which will be asked from you. You can say that you came to know through newspaper or through television or from some friends. You can give any answer but it should be reasonable. What is really mean is that you should be sure that the company has given the advertisement in the newspaper of television. Be sure and then answer to the above question.
2. Why do you want to become an account representative?
You can say that it is a challenging job and the salary is also good. I love challenges and innovation as well. I feel that as an account representative I will be able to use my innovative skills. Hence I would like to become the account representative. This is an apt as well as reasonable answer for the above question.
3. Why should we select you for this post?
Don’t waste even a single minute in answering to this question. Just give the answer at once. If you will hesitate then the recruiter will catch you and you will never be selected. You can say that you should select me because I am the best. But be prepared for the cross questioning. Give appropriate answer to the entire cross questions. If you have good academic record then put forward that academic record. It will be a great help for you. If you are in sports as well then this is the time to put forward all the certificates. Believe me that this will seal your position in the company.
4. How do you handle the pressure?
You can say that I just listen to myself and the correct reasons from the others. Apart from this I just concentrate on my work and hence there is no pressure on me at any time.
These are some of the questions which are really hard to answer. I really feel that most of the people are able to answer the academic questions. They only feel problem in the questions which I have discussed above. Hence I will definitely advice you to prepare these questions as well apart from the other academic questions.
