So be polite in answering to this question. However use your brain as well. You can say that I just informed the top management and they told me to contact the company who has sent the product. With the help of the top management I was able to fix the problem and hence it got solved. This is the best answer which you can give.

4. What will you do for the company if you are selected ?
You can answer like this: “if I will be selected then I will definitely use all my experiences for the benefit of the company.” This will be a perfect answer for the question like this one.
