Here you have to say about different accounting software or applications you know. Which application you used to work in your last job, give some brief account that how you prepared your financial reports using that accounting application.
3. Give some advantages and disadvantages of few accounting application you know.
Tell them few accounting applications name you know and what is the main advantage and disadvantage of using that application. How the application helps in simplifying the difficult tasks. How these applications are different in making account charts annually, monthly and in daily basis? You should not go away from the subject otherwise the recruiter can raise any cross question form you. So avoid the situations where the recruiter can put some cross questioning from you.
4. Tell us about the latest accounting report you have prepared.
You should present any financial report you have made. How you made it or you can say what was the process involved in making the report. How you prepared the expenditures of company, its various departments, and the projects.
5. If you are appointed for this job then how will you do?
Firstly I will bear the responsibility of the company as an accounting manager. Secondly before starting my work I will go through the previous financial and accounting reports of the company, it will help me to understand the company’s previous budget and expenditures.
