1. How do you handle stress at work?
I always try to keep my focus and attention intact in spite of severe stress at work. I always find a way to invigorate myself by taking some crucial work break which refreshes my ideas and thoughts. I always try to keep my mind intact upon my work so that it doesn’t deviate from the job at hand. I try to relax and concentrate hard after the completion of a particular task so that it keeps me ready for the next task.

2. What are your weaknesses?
As I am a perfectionist in my work, occasionally I tend to spend more time on a respective task leading to slight delays. This can be avoided if I plan my work well in advance according to the given situation. I tend to unnecessary elaborate certain activities which could be completed in the shortest span of time if giving ear to each and every minute detail.

3. Why are you leaving your current job?
I am leaving my current job in search for better future prospects. My current job isn’t allowing me to excel and prosper in my work which could have enhanced my productivity. I personally feel that if selected your company will give me an able guidance in achieving my goal as well as the company’s goal. I don’t want to decrease my skills and knowledge by sticking to my current job and this can only be accomplished by selecting a company which will give me a free hand in exercising my creative thoughts into implementation.
