  • A Business Analyst or “BA” is a person who is responsible for analyzing the business needs of clients. A Banking Business Analyst helps in identifying the banking problem and also proposes a solution to those problems.

    1. What is role of banking business analyst during development effort?
    A banking business analyst is a banking domain expert. He acts like a translator to express clients or business requirements to developers or designers of the system. He must be able to convey in clear terms client’s requirements to development team.

    2. What is Model-View-Controller?
    A Model-View-Controller, or MVC, is a design and architectural pattern in which the model manages the behavior and the data of the application domain, view manages the display of information and controller handles input events from the user interface using handlers and tells the model or view how to update itself accordingly.

    3. Why do you want to make a career in banking?
    This question gives you a chance to shine. You could talk about the wide scope of progress in this field. Just make a complete research of this field in advance. Tell about the range of opportunities which you are expecting from this job.

    4. What do you mean by Use- Case Models and Class Model?
    A Use-Case Model describes the business processes of an enterprise in terms of use-cases and actors corresponding to business processes.

    A Class Model describes static information and relationships between information. It is similar to logical data model and it describes informational behaviors.

    5. Why did you left your previous job?
    Never abuse or disregard your previous employer. You can politely answer this question by saying that there was no growth scope in my previous company that’s why I left it. I am looking for a company with long term growth opportunities.

    6.  What is more important for you: Money or work?
    Money and work both are like siblings. But I believe when you work hard then money will automatically flow to you. So work is more important than money.
