  • A banking manger is a person who manages the daily operation of the financial institute. He is responsible for increasing or maintaining the deposits on hand at the bank. A banking manager is liable for hiring, training and supervising all staff that works within the bank. He provides assistance to bank clients and makes sure that they are satisfied.

Like in weakness you can say that I am too focused toward my work and I think I should take out time for myself. As far as strong points are concerned, they expect a simple answer from you. Just tell that you are hardworking, perfectionist and ambitious.
