In my previous job I was responsible for managing all aspects of facility set up, food and beverages service. I used to supervise banquet servers, attendants, bartenders and other staff. I have to execute banquet events according to the banquets order and catering specifications, ensure the banquet decoration, staff preparation, staff uniform and cleanliness. I even communicated with the kitchen staff regarding the catering and carried out disciplinary action to supervise the performance of the subordinates. I was also responsible for controlling cost by managing food, beverage, decoration and other equipments.
3. Why are you interested in this position?
