Benefits Administrator may prepare, maintain and explain all the necessary information to the employees about their benefits, obligations and rights under benefit plans. They may also handle complaints, grievances and useful suggestions from its employees. Benefits Administrator will maintain all the necessary database of employee profiles indicating their bonuses, overtime, provident funds, medical insurances etc. He may work as a facilitator between benefits provider’s i.e. employers and employees. Benefits Administrator should possess excellent communication skills with sharp minds in order to explain all the benefits to its employees.

1.What have you learnt in your education at your college to overcome obstacles in achieving your objectives?
My education has taught me to be very confident and relaxed while dealing with negative situations. One should never loose focus and determination when faced with hindrances in achieving the goals. Education has taught me to be passionate and committed in your work. Education guided me to inculcate good work ethics which will directly help me in achieving my objectives when faced with obstacles.
2.Are you willing to work in a team?
I am always open to any direction from my senior who would order me to work in a team. Team Building is very essential for any business. When various constructive ideas and thoughts would evolve in a particular team that would generate business, then more emphasis will be given on team building. The team plays a very vital role in the overall development of the company.
3.If selected what will be your primary responsibility towards the company?
My primary responsibility towards the company would be to successfully accomplish the company’s goals and objectives. I would try to maximize profit and minimize loss, would prepare and evaluate every employee’s benefits in strict adherence to company policies and procedures. I will assess company’s budget allocation for each department and would see to it that the budgets are not exceeding their limit.
4.What do you do in your spare time?
I engage myself in outdoor activity in my spare time. I meditate to relax my mind so that I can keep my focus and attention intact. I try to invigorate my self by painting sketches and reading some thought provoking articles.
5.Tell me something about your family background?
I am the eldest of the three siblings. My younger sister is married and the youngest sister is pursuing higher studies. Father owns a business where as mother is a house wife.
