Benefits Specialist administers employee benefit programs in accordance to company’s policies and guidelines. He would be entrusted for enrolling new employees and explaining the specific benefits to the new enrollments. Benefits Specialist may assign employee for different work tasks in the completion of other work activities. He would be maintaining a wide database of files, forms, brochures for the function of documenting activities.

1.How much holiday leave, sick leave would you like to give and why?
I will be giving holiday leave and other sick leave depending upon the strict guidelines and procedures of the company. Normally holiday leave are not more than three weeks in a calendar year and sick leave are normally given for one week once every three months depending upon the nature of the sickness.
2.What are your strengths?
I am a perfectionist in my work and give ear to each and every minute detail that concerns my work. I apply a very positive and constructive approach in my work. I don’t get bogged down by failure and constantly try to motivate and guide myself and others in accomplishing the targets. I always tend to achieve the company’s goals and objectives.
3.What are your weaknesses?
Since I am a perfectionist I sometime tend to waste valuable time in perfecting the activity which could have been avoided by simple reasoning. I tend to show complete faith and trust on someone who would be nice and polite to me but every time that does not bore fruitful results.
4.Are you willing to relocate?
I will definitely relocate if the situation demands me to do so. If the newer place brings greater challenges and rewards, I will be more than happy to relocate to that particular place by accepting the challenge. If I sense that my skills and knowledge will be enhanced by the new location, I will definitely not be swayed away from the new location.
5.Tell me something about your family background?
I am the eldest of the three siblings. My younger sister is working in a multinational bank whereas my youngest sister is pursuing her graduation. My father owns a business and my mother is a house wife.
