In my previous job, I had to manage construction of residential and commercial building projects. I use to supervise carpenters, journeyman, drywall hangers, foundation and general labor personnel. I had to estimate project costs and develop project proposals.
4. How do you get along with other people?
This question is basically planned to check your social and interpersonal skills. You have to give positive answer to this question because employer would hire only those people who can work efficiently and peacefully in a team.
