4. What are some of the aspects that you like about the job?
This question is basically planned to know your comfort and satisfaction levels with the job. You have to tell various positive aspect which you like about this job. Just state adequate reasons as to why this job appeals you.
5. Tell us how will you handle any conflict between employer and employee members?
Being an employee relation officer, it is my prime duty to make sure that there is harmony in organization. If I find any disturbance then I will definitely talk to the related people. I will talk to the concerned person in a friendly manner and suggest him or her different ways for settling their dispute.
