Government jobs are very hard to get. As the population is increasing, the competition for government job is going on increasing. You can go to any country. This is definitely very important question. Yes, it is true that English has become the official language world wide but there are many countries where you need to know the mother tongue. In America you need to learn American English and not British English.

You should know that there are fifty states in United States. Hence you should give this answer. But, I am writing this question with different motto. Let me tell you one thing. The general knowledge is definitely very important. There will be many GK questions which might be asked from you. Actually they want to make sure that you move with the world and you are fresh all the time. However, the type of question will depend on the type of the government job you are applying for.
3. How fit you are?
If you are applying for any military job then it is quite sure that you will definitely be asked this question. The recruiters want to know that how fit you are. The first step is the medical checkup and the recruiter knows about it. You will be allowed to attend the interview only if you are physically fit.
4. What is your educational qualification?
This is one of the questions which are asked in almost all the interviews. However, when you will apply for the interview then this becomes even more important. There are some marks which are reserved for the educational qualification and percentage as well. If you are gold medalist in graduation then you will get some extra marks. I am not telling that you will be selected but you will definitely have an edge over the other candidates. That is why, it is always necessary to pay extra attention to your studies.
5. Tell us about yourself?
This is definitely very important. This might be the first question or it can be the last question as well. However I will definitely suggest you to give a short answer. Don’t go in detail unless and until, the recruiter asks again and again.
