Management Interview Questions

    The interviews are basically organized to know your internal skills. Interviews are the first step to your job; if you get succeeded then the job is yours. Management interviews are organized so that the panel get know about your managerial skills. It will help them that how will you perform and coordinate the actions of the people working as subordinates to you. The management interviews may vary according to the need like, Business Management, IT Management, and Hotel Management and so on.     1. Why are you considering leaving your present job?
    Here you must avoid negativism about your current employer. It can make negative effect on the interview panel. The good answer can be: my entire department is relocating to xyz city and I was offered to moving but I do not wish to relocate. There is no job security there. My career growth is limited there.

    2. What do you know about our Company?
    This question is generally asked to check your knowledge about the company and its working and you must have researched well about the company.

    3. What are your future goals?
    The answer given to this question helps to find a company whether I can grow with respect to my skills, to take responsibilities, continues to learn.

    4. Why we should hire you?
    Give the answer emphasizing how your background matches the job description. Give some examples of your skills and accomplishments.

    5. How do you handle stress and pressure?
    The answer to this question should be that I work better under pressure and love to do work in the challenging environment. I am a person works in demanding environment and deadlines.

    6. What are your greatest strengths?
    The answer should be given positively and honestly. My greatest strengths are to maximizing the efficiency of my subordinates. I have successfully achieved the goals in various difficult projects, give examples.

    7. What are your greatest weaknesses?
    Here you should give the answer in that way which can compensates for your weaknesses. Your weaknesses should be represented in a positive way, I skip the small details, and sometimes I caught up in my work that I forget my birthday and family events.
