The Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) is the senior nursing management position in an organization. He commonly uses to report to the CEO or COO.  A CNO may oversee hundreds or even thousands of employees and checks their work status regularly.

Well sir, my strengths are my strong mental ability and my confidence level. I have an ability to teach and motivate and provide care to the peoples and create awareness towards their health. I have strong communication and interpersonal skills. I am little bit emotional.

3. Why you have decided to make your career in the field of nursing?
Well Sir, I have chosen the area of nursing because of my interest in this field. I wanted to be capable enough to think about the people in need specially the patients. I want to devote my rest of the life in serving the patients.

4. Suppose, our panel has selected you, how will you prove yourself that you are the right person for this?
Well sir, if you would like to select me, I will try to show my full strength to this organization. I would like to apply my knowledge and ten years experience for the development of this organization and also try to fetch the extra knowledge to my dictionary.

5. Why do you want to leave your present employer?
Sir, I want to change the working environment because I am there for so longer and find no scope of development. So, for the development of my knowledge and other skills, I have decided to leave that organization and want to be the part of big organization like you.

6. What qualities do you most admire in the people?
Well sir, those who are dedicated towards their work, honest and always ready to handle all types of stress are the qualities which I really admire in the people.
