Constructing any field project includes several activities like plumbing, electrification, carpentry and many more. This helps you improve your efficiency. But if the circumstances demand you of working overtime then you are ready for the job. You value team spirit approach and want to work for the project as a whole.

4. Do you think you can become a team leader?
Give a positive reply about your leadership skills if you feel that you are capable of managing a team. Tell about the various qualities that are needed to lead a group and how you qualify for them. Your good communication skills will help you a lot in framing the answer in an effective manner. Never boast about yourself but always try to you depict your capabilities in a genuine and impressive way. Otherwise be honest in accepting that you still need some experience of working as a team head. However you love working with a team.
