Contract management is the management of the contract which is signed between the company and its employee. It might also be between a landlord as well as a tenant. As far as the company is concerned, there is always a chance that the contract might not be followed. Hence there should be one person who should be responsible for keeping the record of all the contracts and making sure that they are followed properly.

2. Have you ever worked as a contract manager?
I have certainly worked as a contract executive. I used to report to the contract manager. Now from your side I have got the chance to become the contract manager.
3. Are you happy?
I am certainly quite happy. Let me tell you one thing that this is a sort of promotion for me. Hence I would love to work as a contract manager.
4. What pay scale do you think of getting?
If you are confident enough then you can ask for the salary of your choice. Indeed you should not hesitate on this account. Otherwise you will be loosing all the chances. This is certainly not good for your chances. Hence make sure that you speak out something. Do not keep mum. It will not work.
5. Do you feel that you are the right person for this job?
I am certainly the right person for this job. I have got all the educational qualification and let me tell you one more thing that I have got the work experience as well. Hence my chances are certainly very high for being selected.
6. Suppose a client of your company signs a contract with your company. What will you do if he does not follow it?
As a contract manager I will certainly first try to understand the problem. If I find the client to be guilty then I will certainly warn him verbally at first. If he does not respond after warning then I will ask my attorney to issue a legal notice against him.
If you will answer the questions boldly, then you will certainly be selected. So do make sure that you prepare yourself for the interview.
