In any university, there is one position called the examination controller. The main job of this person is to control all the processes related to the university examination. Being a head of department I have lots of experience in the field of education. Hence, I do not feel that there will be something new as far as this job is concerned.
5. Have you ever been the member of the administration department in your university?
Yes, I have worked as a head of department of administration as well. Hence I have good experience of administration as well.
6. Do you feel that this is a promotion for you?
Certainly it is a promotion. That’s why I am applying for this job. I am at present working in a college and this post is for the university. This is definitely a promotion for me.
7. Have you ever witnessed a major student strike?
Yes, definitely. This has happened many times. But let me tell you one thing that I was able to handle them quite aggressively. The students are however quite friendly to me. Hence I did not have any problem while controlling them. They obeyed me and I promised them to put forward their demands in front of the management of the schools.
8. What extra burden will you have to bear as an examination controller of the university rather than a college?
Certainly it is a much tougher job. Lots of colleges will be under my control.
