Corporate And Contract Law Clerk Interview Questions
A clerk is a person who does what the managers orders. He does not have to think anything. He will just have to do what has been ordered. There is lots of paper work involved. However, now everything is being done on the computer. However, you will have to pass an interview.
Some of the interview questions which can be asked from you are as follows:
1. Suppose you get a very huge document to fill in the excel sheet. You get less time. What will you do?
I will certainly ask for more time. However, if they will agree then I will pay some extra time and try to complete the job in time.
2. Do you feel that this is the right thing?
This is certainly not the right thing. You will certainly find out that there might be lots of mistakes in the work. Hence, it should certainly be made sure that right amount of time is provided to the employee.
3. How do you feel when you find out that the work load is too much?
I am quite cool even if there is lots of work load. Let me tell you one thing that I listen to music and concentrate hard so that I am able to complete the job in right time. This is certainly very important.
4. Can you imagine any situation when the manager is not present and you have to deal with the client?
This will certainly be a very tough situation. I would certainly like to ask the client to sit in the reception area for a while and meanwhile I will inform the manager that one client wants to meet him.
5. Do you feel that as a clerk you will have to be more careful as compared to your present job?
Let me tell you that I am working at the same post for three years. Hence, I certainly do not think that I would be required to concentrate harder. However the company is big. Hence, I will have some added responsibility.
6. What is your typing speed?
It is quite sure that as a clerk you will have to do lots of typing. Hence, your typing speed will certainly be tested. Make sure you have good typing speed. If you will not have the good typing speed then you will certainly be in great loss. Your selection chances will be very low.
