A Creative Designer is a person who develops and designs concepts with the help of computer software that helps in attaining business objective. He or she designs solutions to communicate their clients’ messages with high visual impact.

1. Please elaborate some of the technical and non technical skills that you possess for this job?
I have a good understanding of computer animation, graphic design and software development lifecycle. I have 5 year experience in managing several advertisement campaigns. I am extremely creative and full of ideas. I have proficiency in Microsoft word, Excel, Power point, Access, FoxPro, Dreamweaver, Flash, FrontPage, Illustrator, 2D and 3D, Photoshop, etc. I have natural communicational, organizational and interpersonal skills.
2. Can you please tell me something about the job specific tasks that you have performed in your previous organization?
I have performed various job specific tasks such as preparing designs for web sites, and producing various market communication materials such as coupons, advertisements, posters, product packaging, trade shows displays, etc.
3. What are your key achievements up till now?
Well, I was the class representative of my batch. I have got many awards for my work. I got two promotions in 1 year in my previous company due to my excellent work.
4. What are your hobbies?
I am fond of painting, ceramic pottery, dancing, knitting, trekking, video and sound editing and designing multimedia presentations. I am very passionate about travelling, river rafting, bungee jumping and badminton.
5. What do you know about our company?
This is one of the most commonly asked questions in an interview. It shows if you are serious about the opportunity or not. For answering this question you have to do detail research of the respective company. Find out as much information as you can, regarding the respective company.
6. Why do you want to become creative designer?
I have always been interested in art and designing. I see a great career opportunity in this field. This profession gives me a platform where I can utilize my artistic and imaginative skills.
