1. Tell about any awkward situation that occurred at your previous work place.
Your answer should depict your ability to collect information and reorganize it efficiently in order to keep things at their normal. Tell about any such situation. Elaborate about the then available resources and alternate solution that you proposed at that time. Focus on the way you adopt to deal with such situations. Do mention the response and reactions of your client after you tackled the situation.
2. Did you ever have a confusing interaction with your client?
Cite any such example from your previous work place. Focus on the minutest steps you took to gather the information. Cover every point of that interaction while explaining to your employer. Explain your way of clarifying the details. This will help your employer to know about your problem dealing ability. Be confident while answering.
3. Do you find it hard to adjust with some people at your work area?
Tell that you love communicating with other people. You can cite any example of your previous work area. If there had been any such situation where you had to adapt with a new working style because of a new boss then mention about it. Your adaptability according to the needs and demands should be portrayed in your answer. You can also cite instances where you had to deal with some difficult clients. Focus on the problems that were created and your way of dealing with such situation.
4. Do you have an experience of working?
Working experience is surely an advantage. If you have an experience of the same profession then give details about it. You can also provide some reference names who can give details about your working style. Show your enthusiasm for joining the organization.
