4. What are your strength and weakness?
It is a good question for you to shine. Try to turn your negative into positive. Like in weakness you can say that I am too focused toward my work and I think I should take out time for myself. As far as strength is concerned they expect a simple answer. Just tell that, my biggest strength is my communication skill and my ability to learn fast. I am also hard working, perfectionist and optimistic person.
