The employee relation manager is a highly skilled person who is responsible for delivery of various important services to the Business Process as well as management and staff. He or she is responsible for developing, maintaining and implementing policies and training programs.

    4. How do you get along with other people?
    This question is basically planned to check your social and interpersonal skills. You have to give positive answer to this question because employer would hire only those people who can work efficiently and peacefully in a team. Quote evidence of any situations in which you may have had to use skills of negotiation, motivation or conflict resolution.

    5. How much salary are you expecting?
    I expect salary that should reflect the experience and contribution that I bring to the job. Provide the interviewer a specific details regarding salary. However, tell him that you are willing to negotiate and compromise.
