Employer Relations Representative develops and maintains coordination with potential local employers for possible future job openings. He maintains a database of various employers who could hire candidates for their current or future job openings. He contacts or Visits Company’s representative directly for possible recruitment. The representative would confer with the employer to resolve employment problems such as employer complaints, employee complaints etc.

I want the job to be very challenging and at the same time the targets should be realistically achievable. The job should bring out the best from me in every adverse situation. I hopefully feel that the job will enhance my productivity as well.

I was always encouraged and motivated by my previous supervisor. Since I always achieved the set target it gave a very positive picture of my work and in the entire process my supervisor would implement some of my ideas into practical usage. I was allowed to have a greater say in day to day operations.
3.Do you need information to start a new assignment?
Yes of course I do need the complete and precise information to start a new assignment. The information should be accurate and in accordance with the current market situation.
4.Are you willing to learn new things and how much adaptable are you in a given situation?
I am always open to new technology, training, ideas which could enhance my knowledge and work. I will not waste a single minute to ascertain myself with newer technology or training. I will always try to adapt myself in any adverse given situation no matter how tough it might be but eventually it will yield better results.
