Let me tell you one thing that the engineering executive is one of the very important parts of any company. Suppose you are an engineer. Then you are quite eligible to become a software engineer or a civil engineer. However when you will join a company then you will be an engineering executive at first. Only after required experience you will be promoted to the higher position. However you will have to pass an interview to become an engineering executive.

1. Tell us about yourself ?
I am XYZ working in ABC pvt.ltd for three years. I am an engineer and I have worked as a junior mechanical engineer for these three years.
2. Was your company a CMM level 5?
Yes, I worked as a solution architect in that company. It was generally a software company and was definitely a CMM Level 5.
3. Do you feel that you are eligible for this job?
Yes I am definitely suitable for this job.
4. What is your work experience?
My work experience is of three years. During this period, as I have told you earlier, I worked as a junior mechanical engineer.
5. Have you completed any professional course?
Yes, I am an engineer and engineering a professional course.
6. Are you confident that you are a professional?
Yes I am quite confident. There is no doubt about it.
7. Will you work if we call you at 10 pm in the night?
Why not? If it is a must then I will definitely work at night as well. But it should not be permanent.
8. Which is the best stream in the field of engineering?
Surely, it is the mechanical engineering.
9. What about IT engineer?
Yes, it is also great. But what I like most about mechanical engineering is that it is not affected by the recession.
10. Can you prove it?
Yes why not? Just take an example of the automobile mechanical engineer. Can you think of an automobile company without automobile engineer? It is virtually impossible. However this is my opinion and it has nothing to do with the other’s opinion.
11. Are you happy that you are a mechanical engineer?
Yes why not? I am definitely quite happy that I am a mechanical engineer. However I would have been happy even if I would have been any other kind of engineer.
