    Now this is a tricky question. I would suggest you to prepare well before appearing for an interview. Do your homework, and make a complete research of the respective insurance company. All you have to do is to speak about the past and growth trend of the organization and gradually tell the interviewer that you will have a great future ahead over here.

    4. If we do not offer you the job after this interview, why do you think that would be?
    I am confident that my skills and experience makes me a strong candidate for this job. If you still do not offer it to me I think that would be because I have not explained some area of my experience to you fully enough.

    5. What salary range are you looking for?
    It is the most frequently asked question. The interviewee can say that, I think you have a good idea of what this position is worth to your company. I am sure whatever salary you are paying is fair.
