In entry level you are suppose to be a fresher or a college graduate. Here the questions asked are not much difficult in comparison to high level managements post. Represent your skills as a management professional. The recruiter knows that you are a fresher but he wants to know that are you better aware of the management style or not. Your answer should be focused.
2. Can you tell something about the company?
Say them I know this company for 10 years as it is a leading company in the field of electronics or steel manufacturing (your answer could be vary according to the company). You can also say that I have done my internship from this company and I know all the departments associated with it (say only when you have done your internship from there).
3. Why should we hire you?
This is very important question and your answer should be full of confidence. You can take some seconds before answering to this question. Say them as I was a meritorious student during my studies and have done many different projects relating to this stream. As I did the internship from your company so I am better aware of working culture of and can easily mixup with the atmosphere of your company. Remember your every sentence should be full of confidence.
4. What is your management style?
In today’s scenario you should say in such a manner that you are a better leader and can easily develop your team for the projects, your communication skills are outstanding and you can organize and plan your projects or tasks according to the need. Give the answer according to your management style and make a better impression than other candidates.
5. How would you manage the first month of the company if you got selected?
As you are fresher then you should say that, firstly I will prefer to work with some experience or senior persons of the company. By this I will get some knowledge about the clients, departments and partners of the company.
Make sure that first impression is the last impression. So make the impression in such a way that I would be long lasting.
