You should have to give positive answer that and the recruiters here would like to know that will you grow with respect to your skills or not.
6. Your greatest strengths and weaknesses:
Give the answer positively and truly, your strengths should be that which will increase the company’s profit and boost the moral of your subordinates. The weaknesses should be presented in the positive way so as it frames the positive thinking in the recruiter’s mind that your weaknesses will helps the company’s growth as well.
7. What you do in your free time?
Tell the hobbies you have and what you like to do most in your free time and why you like it.
8. Would you like to ask any question?
Ask lots of questions, if you don’t ask any question the recruiter will think that you are dull and don’t have any interest in the company. So ask and clear your confusions.
