    1. What are you looking for in a job ?

    Tell about the range of opportunities which you are expecting from your new job. Tell about your dreams and what you wish to achieve in life. You can say that I want to progress in terms of-interest, duties, position and financials matters.

    2. Why Do You Want to Leave Your Current Job ?

    Keep your answers to this question as positive as possible. Do not tell on how much you hate your previous boss.  The interviewer wants to hire a team player to the position, not a negative and vindictive hater.

    3. What Have Been the Biggest Accomplishments of Your Career so Far ?

    Tell the challenge you were presented with in your previous job, your actions, and the end result Focus on accomplishments that directly relate to the open position. The way you answer this question will distinguish you from other applicants since your answer will require you to go beyond the basic job responsibilities.

    4. Tell me about a time when you had to plan and coordinate a project from start to finish.
    I headed up a project which involved customer service personnel and technicians. I organized a meeting to get everyone together. From this meeting I drew up a plan, taking the best of the ideas. I organized teams, balancing the mixture of technical and non-technical people. I was commended by management for my leadership, but I was most proud of the team spirit and cooperation of fellow members.
