1.How do you want your ideal job and your boss?
I want my ideal job to be very challenging with realistic job targets. The working atmosphere should be very positive and conducive for growth and development. My ideas and thoughts should be implemented into practical purposes. The ideal boss should constantly motivate and guide the staff so that the entire process could be beneficial for the employee as well as to the company.

2.Why should we hire you over other candidates?
I firmly believe that I have the desired requisites to be a successful facility manager. I am very proactive in my work and could gauge the essential market traits well in advance. I am very analytical in my approach. I am a perfectionist and I make it a point that I give my full attention to the minutest of the detail.

3.Will you relocate if the job demands you to do so?
If the job demands that I should relocate to a certain destination I would definitely accept that. If I see that by relocating to some other place I would gain a lot in terms of my productivity and skills I will not hesitate to relocate.

4.What do you expect in terms of remuneration?
Remuneration should be adequate depending upon my professional and academic qualification. The company should duly acknowledge an employees accomplishment in the form of some bonus or monetary reward.

5.What are your weaknesses?
As I am a perfectionist I tend to unnecessary waste time on certain tasks which were not so important and the same procedure could have been avoided. Sometimes I tend to over elaborate certain topics which could have been completed much faster.
