Field Investigator monitors and conducts investigations regarding scams and frauds related to money in a company. He provides investigative expertise to solve various scams and frauds pertaining to a company. These investigations include all lines of insurance. Field Investigator conducts investigations with accurate thoroughness, quality, and giving attention to each and every minute detail with in the designated time frame. He also has to prepare and maintain a precise database of accurate files and forms of solved and unsolved cases.

A Field Investigator gives its investigational expertise in solving various scams and frauds pertaining to money in a company. He would assess each and every case in the most methodical and analytical manner so that he is able to solve the case quickly and effectively. Field Investigator should be very smart. He should always be ahead in its thinking of its concerned target i.e. criminal or suspect.
2.Is it necessary to be familiar with the local laws?
It is of uttermost importance to acquaint oneself with the local laws and other judicial procedures. This will directly help in tracking and solving the cases and getting upon the desired results. If you are not familiar with the laws you will not be able to accomplish the unsolved cases.
3.What are your strengths?
I am very proactive in my work and try to gauge the activities well in advance. This gives me an opportunity to be ahead of the concerned target. I always try to analyze the matter in the most methodical and clinical manner which gives crucial inputs in the case so that it gets solved.

I am always open to work in a team which would enhance my skills and knowledge. By working in a team I will be exposed to many constructive ideas and thoughts. I will be able to know various working habits of multicultural people.
5.How would you solve a problem between two colleagues working under your supervision?
I will talk to one colleague at a time and at a separate place. I will listen to one employee at a time and would try to bring both of them on common consensus with complete harmony between the two. I will make it a point that these mishaps do not happen again in the future.
