Financial management is a planning for the future in way that a business man or personal has to earn profit in the business or project. The term Financial Management has a number of meanings including the administration and maintenance of financial assets. Here financial manager has to identify and try to work around the various risks to which a particular project may be exposed. You can also say that financial management is the science of money management.

From the organizational point of view, it is a process associated with financial planning and financial control. It is the financial manager’s responsibility to handle all the money related tasks for a project or for a company. He has to maintain a record or financial budget for a company.

1. How can you help our organization to increase revenues or decrease expanses?
The candidate should give the answer using facts and figures that I have reduced the bad debt from 7% to 3% and accounts receivable 60 to 50, and then he has to explain that how it was completed.

2. In your last job what were your goals and how did you achieve them?
You should have to tell about the tasks which you have performed in your last job. What was your main goal behind that, the challenges you tackled in completing that goal. You can give some instances relating the economic crisis during project completion and how did you tackle them and made profit for the company.

3. You are a follower or a leader?
You can give a perfect answer by saying that firstly I was a follower of the experienced person and after gaining the experience I am a leader.

4. How you defeat the tension during your rigorous work?
Tension automatically comes when one has a heavy work load on it and it is common in to all the working people. So when I feel tense during my work I leave the work for 5 minutes and take deep breaths for few seconds, this helps me to decrease the tension during my work. Also I meditate half an hour daily early in the morning.

5. Why do we select you?
Give the answer confidently. Present yourself as a successful financial manager that you have wide experience in this field and handled so many difficult tasks. Put some of the examples before them from your previous experience.

Before going to an interview you must have to research in deep and prepare as many questions as you can which can be asked by the panelist according to you.
