  • A customer who visits a hotel for the first time does not know anything. A greeter is the first person in the hotel who assists and guides the visitors and answers their questions. They give the first overall impression of a hotel as a whole to a customer.

    2. Can you tell us something about the job specific tasks that you have performed?
    In my previous job I was responsible for greeting and welcoming customers to the hotel. I used to escort them to the parking lot when they exit, direct them to the exit booth, assist them with concern and questions and thanks them for coming. I was also responsible for the communication between customer service and management.
