A Help Desk Supervisor is a person who looks after the day to day activities and functions of the help desk unit. He or she is the key representative who interfaces with management and ensure client satisfaction with the issues and matters related to the help desk team. They assign, control, schedule, review and supervise the work of the help desk personnel in the related division.

1. Why do you want to be a Help Desk supervisor?

3. Please tell us something about your work experience?
I have more than 5 years experience in this field. In my previous job I had to supervise help desk procedures and staff, provide training to the user support specialist and coach them on technical and customer support skills, maintain database, provide reports on desk operations and create a team environment.
4. How would you rate your problem solving skills?
It is a very common question that is asked during interviews for help desk supervisors positions. You have to demonstrate your technical skills, conflict resolution abilities, customer handling, etc.
5. Would you like to ask any question?
You should ask plenty of questions from interviewer to show interest in the position and company. The employer will not hire someone who has no questions. You should prepare question in advance for the interviewer such as the growth scope, your project etc.
