I use to troubleshoot employees and common organizational problems and conflicts. I was also responsible for determining policy issues, and controlling expenses.

Employer is not interested in knowing your hobbies, likes or dislikes. You have to tell your professional self. I have achieved Master of Science Degree in health service administration from a well known university.
4. Can you tell us something about the job specific tasks that you have performed?
I am a very career oriented person and the occupation specific tasks that I have performed include synchronizing all managerial particulars of emergency room health care, assisting health check up team in providing punctual support services for the health care relief system, and supervising general ward secretaries, interpreters, and subsidiary employees. I also organized budget and supervised expenses in my previous organization. I also performed duties such as planning, organizing, leading, controlling, employment, management etc.

The employer wants to check your talent and caliber through this question. The best way to answer this question is by telling the interviewer about the positive factors and skill sets that you have.
