1.What are the essential qualities of a good Human Resource Recruiter?
He should be expert in administrative and clerical duties. He should work closely with the Human Resource Manager in respect to assessing current and future job openings of the various departments. He should have a thorough database of its employee profiles and performance appraisals. He should also check the current budget allocation and operational costs so that the operational costs are not exceeding.
2.Is it important to know the current labor laws?
It is very important to know the current labor law so that each employee is compensated for its medical, life insurances, bonuses, provident funds and gratuities. If I am not able to perform this task then it could lead to some serious issues. Any employee can approach the labor office and could take legal action against us.
3.Will you constantly conduct employee performance tasks and why?
I will definitely undertake employee performance tasks at periodic intervals and would evaluate ones strengths and weaknesses. It will give me a better understanding of what an employee is expected to do and whether he or she is trying to achieve that objective or not. It will judge an employees capabilities and competitiveness. If I don’t stick to this practice then the results would be very negative and under performing.
4.What would you do in order to resolve a conflict between two employees?
I will listen to one employee at a time at a separate place. I would speak to one employee about its conflict and then with the other one and would try to resolve the conflict by coming on a common consensus with the mutual understanding between the two. Lastly I will make it a point these mistakes do not repeat again.
