1. Suppose you are an immigration attorney. Do you know what you will have to do?
It is definitely quite true that I will have to do some job. However let me tell you that the job is not so simple. Suppose you want to go to Germany. You will have to consult me so that you can come to know that what you will have to do so that you can move to Germany. This is immigration and I am the immigration lawyer.
2. Do you feel that come changes should be made in the US immigration rules?
I have studied the US immigration rules for more than three years now. During this time I have realized that they are the best in the world. Hence, I would never like that there should be any change in immigration rules in America. I do feel that they are correct from all the angle and you need to follow them.
3. What you will have to do if you want to move to some other country?
I will first have to meet the official of the embassy of that country. They will definitely guide me through all the processes which I have to follow.
4. You are an immigration lawyer. What will you do if your client gets caught in Germany and he calls you for help?
I will immediately talk to the German embassy. I would ask them that what wrong my client has done. After knowing the crime, I will first try to get the stay order from any German court and get the bail for the client. But this is not my job. My job is just to guide the client through the complete process of immigration.
5. What salary do you expect?
I really feel that I should get the best salary in the market. I am a very hard worker and hence I deserve the best salary as well.
6. Suppose we hire you at lower salary and tell you that your salary will be doubled after one year, then what will you do?
I might agree.
