Insurance Agent will be responsible for selling the various insurance policies to various potential clients. He works under the close guidance of Insurance Manager or Insurance Supervisor to achieve the set targets. Insurance Agent would help clients in determining the right insurance policy. Insurance Agent would sell medical, life, automobile, property insurance policies to various clients. He may work for a particular company or he may work independently.

1.Do you think that you are fit for a sales job?
I firmly believe that I possess the right qualities to be a good insurance agent. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I am an extrovert and a go getter who would like to meet different kind of people. I have good convincing and persuading skills by which I am able to convince a client in selling the insurance policy. I have a vast network which helps me a lot in finding potential clients.
2.Would you mind working in a team or would you like to work independently?
I would like to work in a team so that my skills and knowledge are constantly upgraded and enhanced by the Team Leader. It gives a sense of strong team work and work ethics. Working in a team builds cordial working relations with fellow colleagues. It improves rapport with your colleagues.
3.Have you got any idea of Life Insurance Policy?
I am fully aware of the Life Insurance Policy. The insurance company sells different kinds of life insurance policies to various clients depending upon their financial credibility. Anyone can purchase life insurance policy including children depending upon their financial credibility. Every month the client has to pay a fixed amount of premium for its respective policy and in case anything happens to him, then the entire insurance will be borne by the company.
4.Tell me something about your academic qualification?
I have done my higher secondary and senior secondary education from an elite college. Then I did my graduation in Commerce stream from a very prestigious university. I have six years of working experience in Sales and Marketing field.
5.What are your weaknesses?
I tend to have complete faith on anyone who would be nice and polite to me. But in the longer run I was ditched by that same person on whom I had complete faith and trust.
