3.How will you handle your Supervisor who would constantly give you difficult targets?
In a way it will only benefit me productively. I will be able to enhance my skills and techniques by accomplishing difficult targets. I will gain valuable experience in this field when dealing with the clients; I will be accustomed to the current market scenario. I will be more confident in my day to day operations.
4.What kind of management style do you prefer and why?
I want the working atmosphere to be very conducive for healthy competition, recognition of the task done well, positive appraisals of the performance of the employees. The management should not be autocratic with someone having the complete authority or control over the entire organization. The employees should be encouraged to give their personal ideas and thoughts which could be implemented into practical purposes.
