3.What are your weaknesses?
As I am a perfectionist, I want my work to be very precise and accurate and in achieving this objective I sometime waste valuable time in getting the things extremely accurate. 4.What is your biggest achievement till date?
In my previous job I was a given a sales target to sell a minimum of twenty medical insurance policies in a particular month. The target was difficult in the sense that it was a very lean business period owing to severe inflation in the market, but I thoughtfully analyzed the situation and reduced the selling price of the medical insurance policy with prior permission from the seniors which resulted in the quick selling of the policy.
5.Were your ideas and thoughts ever implemented by your previous company?
