    1.What are the good qualities of an Insurance Manager?
    Insurance Manager should be market savvy. He should always be ahead of its competitors. He should formulate a plan of action which works best for an insurance sales agent. Insurance Manager should possess sound administrative and clerical abilities. He should constantly motivate and guide its staff in achieving the desired sales target. He should always try to implement some of the constructive ideas given to him by its staff.

    2.What kind of management style do you prefer and prefer?
    I want the management style to be very positive and conducive for growth and all round development. The management style should not be autocratic, with no one having the complete authority to control everyone. Everyone should feel free to exercise its ideas and thoughts into constructive implementation. The management should duly reward an employee in accomplishing the sales target within the stipulated time frame.

    3.How would your previous colleagues describe you?
    My previous working relations with my colleagues were very cordial. I always gave them a free hand in exercising their point of view but at times would be strict when the practices and procedures are not dealt with properly. I was always ready to help them in any adverse situation. I always tried to bring the best from them in spite of stress and burden at work. I was always motivational in my approach towards them.

    4.What would you do in order to resolve a conflict between two employees?
    I will speak to one employee at a time at a separate place. I would listen to one employee about its issue and then proceed to the other one. I will try to bring both the employees on common consensus with complete harmony between the two, and would make it a point that these mistakes do not happen again.
