2.What was the most difficult obstacle you have ever managed to solve?
The most difficult obstacle that I solved was the inability to achieve the sales target in the lean business period. Since I had to sell a minimum of twenty automobile insurance policies during the lean business period owing to accute inflation, the task became extremely tough as no one was willing to purchase the policy. I soon realized that if I try to sell the policy at a much lower rate with prior approval from the manager, people might be tempted to purchase the policy. The idea immediately yielded fruitful results as I achieved the target successfully.
3.What are your strengths?
I have excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills. I have pin point convincing power to convince the client. I can persuade a client by conveying the benefits and facilities of a policy so that he is tempted to buy the policy. I am an extrovert and a go getter who would like to meet different clients. I have strong networking skills as well.
4.What are your weaknesses?
I tend to become over dependent on others which is a bad quality. One should not depend on others too much. Since I am a perfectionist I sometime waste valuable time on certain activities which could have been avoided by proper planning and execution.
