Insurance policies are best implemented in the developed countries especially America. Either you talk about the health insurance, home insurance or the auto car insurance; you need to advertise if you want your policies to be sold out. The sales representatives are also appointed for the same reason. You will have to pass an interview however.
Some of interview questions are as follows:
1.Do you feel that the middle class people should go for the insurance policy of higher coverage?
This is definitely a big question. Generally the middle class people go for the simple insurance policies where they have to pay just few dollars. However they cannot really afford the higher coverage since it will give rise to higher premium. Hence I would definitely not advice the middle class people to go for the higher premium. This is certainly not possible.
2.Suppose you are appointed for the advertising of the auto car insurance and then what will you do?
I would definitely try to capture the middle class as well as the high class society. I would like to lure the middle class by telling them about some of the cheap schemes. However when I will deal with the rich people then I will talk about the schemes which are maximum profitable. This is definitely very important as there is a difference between the middle class thinking and the high class thinking. The middle class people think of protection where as the high class people think of profit.
3.How do you feel when somebody says that he does not want to take your policy?
I will definitely not be disheartened. Let me tell you one thing that this does happen many times. Hence you should definitely make sure that you are not disheartened. If you will be disheartened then you will not succeed in getting the leads. Hence you will be an unsuccessful sales representative. I do not think that you would like this to happen.
4.Have you ever worked as an insurance agent in some other company?
I have definitely not worked for any insurance company. This is definitely my first time.
5.What salary do you feel that you should get?
If you are confident then you can say that you need this much salary. Otherwise you can say that I need the salary which is the best in the market.
These are some of the interview questions which can be asked from you. You should prepare very hard.
