2.What was your biggest challenge and how did you accomplished that?
My biggest challenge was to develop, implement and oversee the requirement of one of our seven star hotel client who were to open a new property overseas. The prescribed guidelines given to me by the hotel for short listing the potential candidates within one week was so complex owing to the magnitude of the project, but to my excellent interpersonal and methodical approach I was able to achieve the target within the prescribed guideline.

I would like to reach overseas market in order to enhance my company’s reputation and strong professional ethics. I would like to cater to international clients so that they are also influenced by our excellent customer service skills and techniques. We would like to explore new avenues globally so that we can target more clients and candidates. This can only happen if we showcase strong professional and customer service skills.

Job Placement Officers primary responsibility is to maintain the updated database of various national and international clients including candidates. He has to select or shortlist the right candidate for the right job depending upon the guidelines given by the client. He has to familiarize himself with the current government recruitment and labor laws as well.

I did my higher secondary and senior secondary education from an elite college. Afterwards I did three year diploma in Human Resources Management from a well known institute having five years of working experience as well.
