    1. What do you mean by Law?
    Law is a system of rules, generally enforced through a set of institutions. It shapes politics, economics and society in numerous ways and serves as a primary social mediator of relations between people.

    2. Why you have chosen this area for your higher qualification?
    Sir, I have chosen this area due to my family background. My Grand Father is judge in Supreme Court and my father is judge in the Patna High Court, Bihar. So, I also want to be the judge.

    3. What do you understand by an Advocate?
    An Advocate is someone who speaks on behalf of another person, especially in a legal context.

    4. What do you mean by the Law of Contract?
    Law of Contract is a binding legal agreement that is enforceable in a court of law or by binding arbitration. In other words, a contract is an exchange of promises with a specific remedy for breach is the law of contract.

    5. What is the meaning of a Property Law?
    A Property Law is the area of law that governs the various form of ownership in real property and in personal property, within the common law legal system. According to the civil law system, there is a division between movable and immovable property. Movable property corresponds to personal property while immovable property corresponds to real estate or real property and the associated rights and obligations thereon.

    6. What do you mean by the Civil Law?

    The Civil Law is a legal system inspired by Roman law, the primary feature of which is that laws are written into a collection, codified and not as in common law determined by judges. Conceptually, it is the group of legal ideas and systems ultimately derived from the Code of Justinian.

    7. How do you plan to achieve your career goals?
    Sir, I have planned to achieve my career goals through the proper enhancement of my knowledge in the field of Law in the right direction by the appropriate use of time.
