A Licensed Practical Nurse is a graduate of a school of practical nursing whose qualifications have been examined by a state board of nursing and who has been legally authorized to practice as a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse i.e. (L.P.N. or L.V.N.), under the supervision of a physician or registered nurse.

4. Well, if I will give you a chance for this post, what will you do?
Sir, I will try to give my hundred percent to this job or you can also answer it by saying “I will also try to give my best to provide all the necessary care to the patients and to the organization”.
5. What is your worst characteristic?
Well sir, I am little bit slower towards the work which I considered is the worst characteristics in me.
6. What is your best quality?
Well sir, I am one of the person having honesty towards my work and towards the organization.
7. Is there any characteristic in you which you would like to change or have you ever tried changing it?
Well sir, I always want to do the work fast but cannot able due to want of showing the accuracy in my work, although I have improved a lot in this characteristics.
8. Finally, how do you cope with the stress?
Sir, I will try to handle my stress through putting my mind in some good purpose and causes like that of enjoying and entertaining with the patients and try to give relief to them from their stress as well as my stress.
