  • Loan Administration is an important part of mortgage banking. A loan administrator is a person who is responsible for performing various duties and responsibilities such as loan disbursement, loan processing, keeping a track of loans and its maintenance, increasing good rapport with customers, high profile clients and legal business organization.

    1. Please elaborate about your educational qualifications, experience and skills?
    I have 4 year experience in managing all aspects of loan operations where I worked with database software, Microsoft windows, and all software related to loan documentation and monitoring. I have strong knowledge of federal, state, and privately-funded housing programs, procedures, and rule. I also possess broad knowledge of the application process and requirements for various loans and grant programs.

    2. Please tell us something about your experience for this post?
    I am highly experienced and well trained Loan administrator. I have seven years of senior-level experience in mortgage lending, multi-family and single-family housing loan origination, neighborhood revitalization, historic preservation, and housing program management. I also possess two years of experience in processing loan applications, housing development, and real estate development.

    3. Can you tell us something about the occupation specific tasks that you have performed?
    I am a very career oriented personnel and the occupation specific tasks that I have performed include preparing closing documents on single family loans, coordinating application processing to determine value, cost, and rent appropriateness, and scheduling loan closings with clients, sellers, and builders.

    4. What is your educational qualification?
    Well, I have achieved Master’s degree in Finance from a well known university. I have also obtained Bachelor’s degree in commerce.

    5. What are some of the aspects that you like about the job?
    This question is mainly intended to know your comfort and satisfaction levels with the job. You have to tell various positive aspect which you like about this job. Just state adequate reasons as to why this job appeals you.

    6. Would you like to ask any question?

    You should ask plenty of questions from interviewer to show interest in the position. The employer will not hire someone who has no questions. You should prepare question in advance for the interviewer.
