However if you want to become lotus notes developer then you will definitely have to pass an interview.

1. Tell us about yourself.
Let me tell you one thing that the recruiter hires you as a complete man or woman. Hence he has the rights to know about your life. Hence you should be ready for this question. Make sure that you prepare in advance for this question. Only then you will be able to answer this question properly. Just tell about yourself in best possible way. Keep it in mind that you have to make a good impression on the recruiter. Only then you will be selected.
You will also have to understand that the first impression is the last impression. Hence if you will not answer the first few questions properly then you will definitely find yourself in trouble. Hence make sure that you answer the first few questions properly. And believe me that the first question which will be asked from you will be this one.
2. Can you do this job?
The second question which will be asked from you will definitely be this one. If you are an experienced person then you will not be asked any irrelevant questions. The recruiter will directly ask you that are you confident enough about this job and you will have to answer accordingly. If you are serious enough then you will have only one answer and that is yes. However you can ask the recruiter to explain the job profile in front of you briefly. After listening to the brief description, you will have to decide that you are ready for the job or not.
3. What is your work experience?
This will definitely be one of the questions which can be asked from you. However this is not as tricky as the above two. You will just have to tell about your previous job. If you were serious enough in your previous job then it is quite sure that you will not have any problem in answering to this question. Hence do make sure that you are serious enough in each job which you do.
These are some of the questions which can be asked from you. Let me tell you one thing that apart from technical questions, the general questions are equally important.
