A mail room supervisor is responsible collecting all the mails from the company. You will also have to collect all the electronic mail as well. The next job which you as a mail room supervisor have to do is that you will have to bring all the mails into consideration of the correct employee of the company. You will also have to assist in monthly billing for different departments. You will also have to serve the entire job in the absence of printing and delivery supervisor.

1. Tell us something about yourself ?
In most of the interviews this is the first question which is being asked. You can say that: “I am XYZ and my father name is so and so. I have done my graduation from XYZ College in the year XYZ. Presently I am working as a mail room supervisor in one of the reputed firm.” That’s it, your answer is now complete and you can take rest.
2. What was your job profile ?
Let me tell you that there is no sequence in which the questions will be asked. Since I have said in the above question about my job, hence it is quite sure that your next job will be related to the job profile. But believe me that if you will answer promptly then they will not ask even a single more question from you and you will be selected. Just elaborately describe your previous job profile and if it matches with the new job profile then it is quite sure that you will be selected.
3. What was your CTC ?
Yes, you will definitely be asked about the cost to the company. Don’t waste time in this question and humbly and politely answer to this question by just telling what you get annually. However up till now if the recruiter has decided to select you then there will be lots of discussion about your salary since they will have to decide that what salary they will give it to you. I would definitely like to add that the recruiters will try to hire your for the minimum salary possible. Hence use your brain and then negotiate with them properly.
There can be many more questions related to your computer knowledge as well as your honesty. This is a very important post and even a single mistake can cost the company lots of money. Hence they will definitely ask you that how caring you are?
Apart from all this I would just tell you that you should be smart enough and give even the wrong answers smartly. This will put a good impression in the mind of the recruiter and he will definitely select you.
