A Maintenance Technician is a person who is responsible for performing tasks such repairing, alteration, construction, and maintenance in a given maintenance area such as streetlight, service offices, parks, drainage and traffic signal etc.

I performed various job specific tasks in my previous job. I use to perform different activities related to construction such as repairing and maintaining physical plant, and repairing electrical equipments, machines and other tools. I was responsible for maintaining work place, list of material and all records of equipments. I also repaired traffic signals, and street lights.
4. Elaborate some of your knowledge, qualification and skills?
I am capable of handling multiple tasks. I have good knowledge of construction maintenance and time management. I also have extensive understanding of policies, actions, tools, materials and provisions related to the structure, function, and maintenance.
5. What do you think it takes to be successful in an organization like this?
You can reply this question by saying that I think presence of mind, analytical qualities, willingness to work, excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team spirit are key characteristics required for this post. I carry all those attributes that will make me successful in my job.
